The theme of of the AGM was about ‘Being passionate about pharmacy’ and Jaggy explained this was also a core value of Pharmangelist Ltd. Individuals were encourage to come out of their comfort zones, participate and energise during the meeting as it was emphasised that this was going to be an atypical meeting.There was also mention of Bookapharmacist.com being the sponsor for the evening.A binder was presented to each delegate. This included statements from the directors and secretary, copies of the presentation slides and other important documents. |

Kazeem mentioned that Bookapharmacist.com and Pharmangelist Ltd had signed a strategic agreement to work closely together.Bookapharmacist.com belong to parent company Iforg ltd. Iforg plan to defend the share value in 4 years and provide necessary support for Pharmangelist Ltd as it moves forward. A brief overview of Iforg Ltd was mentioned.Bookapharmacist.com is a new pharmacist locum agency. It will only accept pharmacists who have signed up as MUR Evangelists to be registered with them. It was felt that this would generate more publicity for the our MUROnline site and as a result increase traffic.It was also mention that the locum agency was uncompromising and that locums would need to pay a fee of £150 upon registering. This would be fully refundable after working a minimum of 30 locums per annum. This would cover any costs incurred in covering some of the locum specific resources available on their personalised website. There was also mention of two job vacancies within Bookapharmacist.com; a pharmacist post as project manager, and a pharmacy technician post as assistant project manager. |

As Perveen was not in the country, a pre-recorded message with slides were presented to the delegates.Perveen started by mentioning the key milestones of Pharmangelist Ltd, prior to, during and after its formation. A clear emphasis was made on the passion in the individuals who participated.Perveen then proceeded to state details of various documentation that was issued during the formation of the company.A Shareholder Agreement and the details of this was refreshed to the delegates. Further mention was made of the management agreement and that Iforg Ltd will manage the project for the next 4 years.A clarification documentation was also highlighted as a documentation which clarifies some more issues in detail.Lastly there was mention of the Interim Managment and its remits. Some of the tasks completed and those not yet achieved were highlighted.For the record Patricia Lee gave approval to the accounts and Philip Bruce-Tagoe seconded this. |

Jaggy mentioned how passion can be displayed and generated physically (in terms of what you see, hear, feel), from results (the milestones of success which propel you to move forward), and having belief in the vision of the company.Details were mentioned of competition in partnership with bookapharmacist.com, titled ‘How will you demonstrate your passion for pharmacy when you qualify?’The competition is targeted at final year pharmacy students and pre-registration pharmacist throughout Great Britain.There was further mention of a planned article for submission to the Pharmaceutical Journal titled ‘MUR is here to stay’
Delegates were encourage to read, contribute and amend the draft once processed. Once agreed all delegates at the meeting and the absentees would be asked to sign this article. For the record all delegates agreed to sign. On reflecting on the past, Kazeem made emphasis that it did not matter when one joined Pharmangelist Ltd as the individual determined the level of contribution.It was stated that the activity of selling shares privately was to be extended to August 2009. All delegate were encourage to refer serious investors to the business.There was a mention of the MURonline book by Jaggy and an agreement to ensure it is published before next AGM. Kazeem also touch on a change in the software strategy that will be announced in March 2009. As far as the future is concerned, some essential KPIs were mentioned in order to deliver share value. Also Kazeem touched on the various income streams that MURonline tap into to cover running costs. All shareholders will receive quarterly updates on how these stack up. In light of current contribution by Pfizer, it was resolved to award it the first MUR Online Pharmaceutical Industry Award. There was a clear emphasis for shareholders to act as ambassadors of MURonline and it was encouraged for them to register on the site. Kazeem allowed for delegate to access a PC at the evening, should they wish to register immediately. Shareholders were also encouraged to become active users of the site, submit articles, and give appropriate feedback to iron out any teething problems. Delegates were asked to stand, stretch and inhale. They were also ask to shout out ‘ We are passionate’. The emphasis was to re-energise and focus their motivation. No other matters were brought to the panels attention and the general feedback was positive.
